U.S Lobbied Russian Gov On Behalf Of Visa & Mastercard

Following the Russian government's decision to set up the National Payment Card System (NPCS), U.S government was urged by its diplomats to intervene to protect the interests of the two American corporations Visa & Mastercard. NPCS would collect all credit card fees on domestic transactions_depriving Visa & Mastercard of a huge chunk of revenue.

Hence, why following the U.S government orders, Visa & Mastercard cut their ties with wikileaks and stopped donations to the website, citing violation of rules.

PayPal Admits U.S Pressure Over Wikileaks Freeze

PayPal, one of the major corporations who cut their ties with wikileaks in recent days, stopped processing money wikileaks at the weekend due to a "violation of PayPal acceptable use" policy.

But today it admits U.S pressure led them to freeze wikileaks account. The site's vice-president, Osama Bedier, the site decided to freeze wikileaks account after representatives from U.S Department said it was engaged in illegal activist.

Another major corporation was not accessible shortly after 9:30 today due to DDoS attacks on the website by a group that calls itself Anonymous.

Saudis Proposed Arab Army To Invade Lebonan

In the most recent cables released by wikileaks, Saudi Arabia leaders are reported to have asked for U.S and U.N support to launch attacks on Hezballa-dominated parts of Lebonan to end Iran's influence in the region.

This is the second cable showing Saudi Arabia's leaders secretly lobbying U.S to attack Iran.

Faisal, in a U.S cable marked secret, emphasized the need to what he calls "security response" to the challenge from Hezaballa militia that is by Iran and to a lesser extent by Syria.
